Anybody here consider using a nanny camera and recorder for your protection in case someone accuses you of forcing sex on her....rape?
Not trying to be paranoid...but I have heard some stories specially if you have some $$....that could ruin your reputation, and pocketbook with attorney's bills....any thoughts? Abe0

Congrats. Your first link was an outlier considering the fact that it took place in public and videos and pictures can typically be taken of you in public. Your second was based on untruths with statements such as "a woman doesn't want you to rape her if she invited you to her house". Wow. Your third was an article making fun of rape.

Thanks for some of the answers....I also noticed there is a lack of maturity and real life experience around here. First, it is not a fetish or perverted. Second....if you live long enough you will know that even a quality woman can turn on you with rage or jealousy...they act with emotions and not logic.
Cams have been used all the time to record nannies and caregivers doing nasty things and have been used in court... the legal aspects of which I am not quite sure since these people did not know they were being recorded.
You do not have to record the sexual acts...or you can erase that if you want. However, a camera can at least record voice/and video about the consent aspects that lead to those acts and thus offer some protection or least put the fear on them that the judge might allow it as evidence.
Its just a thought and some of the responses and the way some of the "boys" respond to the question makes me really think that they have a lot of growing up to do.
Thanks for those who took the time to think about it....and think about it you must when some scorned woman accuses you of something you did not do and you really thought she was a quality lady. I have seeing it happen and it is devastating for both the individual and the family. Perhaps another 20 years under your belt and you will understand.

That's not true at all. You can potentially show your own council in private proving your innocence which would be a massive game changer. It's one thing being defended by someone you've told your innocent too. It's another who knows with hard proof I bet.

May also stop your reputation from being destroyed with friends and family if they know for sure of your innocence.

Just fyi, if anyone happens to live in the state of Illinois, recording another person without their consent in any fashion is a felony. Up until about a year ago, it was even a felony in Illinois to make a cell phone video of a cop beating someone.

"Consent" is usually created through signs that say "premises under video surveillance." But I doubt one of those signs on your front door would be deemed enough notice to create consent to make a sex tape.
