What's wrong with amazon? If you can't afford the book you have bigger issues than the ones it aims to fix.

You could ask the ******* himself, but I'm pretty sure he publishes directly thru amazon. The link to buy the book from his website takes you to Amazon.

Buy Clarey's book. Maybe the OP doesn't want to give Amazon money. Some people object to certain practices of Amazon.
