For what it’s worth, I haven’t sorted the bodyfat. It’s an estimate BTW.
Before I tore my R cuff, I have my best ever deadlift by 60KG, my best squat by 30k, bench by 2.5KG, BOR by 20, overhead by 5. I made tons of progress and that’s what led to the injury.
the reason my fat didn’t come off is I got focussed too much on gains. I was fat, I still am, but I got obsessed with numbers on bars and never sacrificed protein.
got injured which crushed me. Couldn’t lift anything, threw myself into work when the **** went down .
Injuries fk with your head. But, I could have just ran and ate right, no excuses.
I don’t think it’s possible to keep upping lifts rapidly when cutting. I can’t anyway. I was doing Greyskull.
diet is everything for me now, diet, lots of cardio and moderate lifting. Trial and error.
I’ll look forward to shoving this up your arses.
