Anyone here sees a Therapist/ Psychologist monthly....just to let the cobwebs out?

I'm a diagnosed Schitzophrenic....Got a bunch of issues I cope with daily and thinking going to a therapist or counselor of some kind just to let the cobwebs out and vent would be good for me.

Anybody does this on a monthly basis or something? How has that work for you?

No, I would rather find a good ASMR video. I vent by writing on journals. Good videos tend to be hypnotic and pull you put of yourself and into a better frame of mind.

I just have deep conversations with friends

and I write down the 'cobwebs', so my therapist is:
