I got a brochure at my school letterbox about an American college called "Penn State". I was thinking of doing a short foreign exchange in either Canada or the US. Has anyone been to Penn State? Is it a good place?

Pennstate is a decent college in State College, Pennsylvania and there are campuses all over the state. My friend loves the college and wants to stay at the college.

What do you want to do for a major?
Here is the website, pennstate

Are you looking for a small college or university or a large college or university?

There is so many colleges in just the state and country that you should do a little college searching...

Hope that helped you out...

if you are going to study abroad in the US, Study abroad in a city with lots of mass transit. If you go to Penn State, you will see very little else.

You will see, however, 100,000 football fans eagerly gathering to watch a very bad team.

Penn State has the most amazing ice cream

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Well I'm aiming for a good balance between prestige (of the college) and a good social life.

Doesn't Penn stand for Pennsylvania? Isnt that where the Amish live? I don't want to go to an Amish college.

If I were you and studying abroad, I would go to a school in New York City.

Public trial and execution at center field would have been better. Along with everyone else who knew and did nothing.
