Im best friend with a waiter from Denny’s and he’s always stressed out and complaining about the people around him and his environment…..particularly relationships.

He’s a single dad and he’s separated from his partner, but he’s responsible and takes care of Child support. He’s got a bachelors degree in business and do to his criminal activities, he’s stuck with the job he has.

He works side hustles mowing people’s yards and seems to have extra cash left over because he’s always bbqing on his facebook stories.

One thing I’ve noticed about him is he keeps talking about some really sketchy and shady people. I know a guy who told me he used to do drugs with him like cocaine and weed.

Anyone here knows some waiters or waitresses and are friends with them? Or have worked as one in the past. Seems like they can make good money and a great way to have awesome social skills.

Inside her mind
A girl who has helped me out with my business is a waitress I would consider her more of a Great acquaintance than a friend.
She makes really great money at a waitress. However, she overshares on Snapchat,is in her 30s, single mother.
She recently went vegan so she is in amazing shape, a pretty girl but her and her ILK are of the thotianna variety
I check her social media posts once in a blue to see what she is up too
SHe is a sweetheart, great girl but I don't care for the people who she hangs with

His criminal activities are hardly past tense

Many white collar worker males don't have good personal relationships with waiters, waitresses, and other service sector workers.

Many men who work white collar office jobs would like to date waitresses, female bartenders, retail store sales workers, baristas, etc. The problem is that they don't run in the same social circles and it is more difficult for men to meet these types of women. These men are reliant upon hitting on them while they are at work and that's a weaker position.

I started a thread about this topic in July 2020.

My ex was working as a waitress in a co--tail bar, when I met her.
I picked her out, shook her up and turned her around, turned her into someone new. Now five years later on, she's got the world at her feet, and success has been easy for her. But she forgets that it was me who put her where she is now, and that I can put her back down too

Well she's up against the register
with an apron and a spatula
with yesterday's deliveries
and the tickets for the bachelors
she's a moving violation
from her conk down to her shoes
but it's just an invitation to the blues

and you feel just like Cagney
looks like Rita Hayworth
at the counter of the Schwab's Drugstore
you wonder if she might be single
she's a loner likes to mingle
got to be patient and pick up a clue

she says howyougonnalikem,
over medium or scrambled
anyways the only way
be careful not to gamble
on a guy with a suitcase
and a ticket gettin out of here
it's a tired bus station
and an old pair of shoes
but it ain't nothin but an
invitation to the blues

but you can't take your eyes off her
get another cup of java
and it's just the way she pours it for you
jokin with the customers
and it's mercy mercy Mr. Percy
there ain't nothin back in Jersey
but a broken down jalopy of a
man I left behind
and a dream that I was chasin
and a battle with the booze
and an open invitation to the blues

but she's had a sugar daddy
and a candy apple caddy
and a bank account and everything
accustom to the finer things
he probably left her for a socialite and
he didn't love her cept at night
and then he's drunk and never
even told her that he cared
So they took the registration
and the car keys and her shoes
and left her with an invitation
to the blues

but there's a Continental Trailways leaving
local bus tonight, good evening
you can have my seat
I'm stickin round here for awhile
get me a room at the Squire
and the fillin station's hirin
I can eat here every night, what the hell have I got to lose
got a crazy sensation
go or stay, and I've got to choose
and I'll accept your invitation
to the blues
