Their reviews aren't that good when you're comparing two products because few if any of the reviewers have tried both products; they can just tell you what they like or dislike about the one they purchased.
Here's a video by a guy who has tried both of them.

It looks as if the major difference with the construction of each is that the Perfect Pushup uses heaver material in it's construction and has a thicker padded handle. The Pushup Pro is made of a lighterweight plastic which still holds up well and has a handle that is still padded but not as thick. There's more than a few home remedies that can be done to beef up the padding if it's really necessary.
Another thing is the value for the price. The Perfect Pushup ranges in cost from $40-50 while the Pushup Pro costs $20. Also, workout plans do not come with the base model of the Perfect Pushup, they're an additional $10. Workout plans come with the Pushup Pro.
So it's a choice on whether someone is willing to pay at least twice as much for a product which is heavier and was designed by a Navy Seal or buy a product which does the same thing, weighs less (good if you travel) and costs half as much. Oh yeah, it was designed by the guy who holds the world's record for amount of pushups done within a set amount of time.
