One girl went back to brazil for the winter.. another one is in the process of relocating for work a few hours away.. another one was getting too serious because she wants to get married and have kids.. another one met a guy and is now in a relationship.. another one simply lives over an hour away and we only chill once or twice a month... this all happened in the span of the last 2 months.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Also with the holidays here and winter approaching, I find myself to have less motivation to pursue and spin new plates for some reason. Any thoughts on that?

Yea, it happens. Especially, in the summer, when everyone is all over the place. I've let my whole rotation drop the last few weeks as well, partially because of the holidays, but mainly contemplating making a few changes in direction in life. I did get bored over the weekend though and picked up two prospects. Sometimes, it can seem like "feast or famine". It's harder to find the motivation to hunt on a full belly.

While I won't call them plates per se I did do something extremely similar, just today as a matter of fact. I started dabbling in online dating the week before last. As of today I had 10 chicks I had matched with and was actively talking to between Tinder and Bumble. Had a Saturday night date with one of those. Today I cut 8 x of them loose because I decided they were either too far, had given off orange or red flags I didn't like, or were just down right boring as he|| to me. The Saturday night date was one I cut loose. She was just too boring. Had no humor at all. Told me "I am such an honest person I never lie". Then not 2 minutes later tells me "My parents don't know I am on a date, i told them I was going out with my friend Megan".. Yep, parents. We are also 33 and living with our parents. No thanks sweety. been there, seen that. 'I don't want to have to rail you at my house ALL the time.'

This is about the 5th time in my life I have engaged in online dating and this time around I am finding that I am MUCH more picky and willing to put out much less effort to play the game. Cutting 8 loose was, well, so much darn easier than it would have been in the past.

Yes, familiar with that. October until now: I had loads of plates at the same time, a 5, a 6, two 7s and another 7.5. Next to that I had backburners that I had flings with, mostly make out sessions when we meet in bars but they weren't up for dating. I don't count those girls even though I put some effort in pursuing some of them.

I got bored of the blonde 7 who is 4 years older then me. Cex was boring and conversations aswell. I softly went on nc and she didn't reach out aswell. We just lost the vibe real quick after 3 meet ups at her place.

I dropped the other 7 myself, she kept pursuing but stopped a month ago because I flaked. Had a date with the 6, cancelled on her twice now. I only used the 5 for my dry spell at that moment. I met the 5 before summer.

I made the 7.5 eptonic pregnant and she was all emotional ofcourse. She knows im playing her so she is trying to un attach from me even though she is having a hard time doing that. I could easily go by to lay her but I just don't feel like doing it. She tried to play me by trying to make me jealous and play stupid games with me, it had NO effect and I just hit on woman with succes in front of her in the clubs over and over and she lost it in the club once. I joined her to her house and she was too sick to f8ck or anything. I just lost all attraction towards her that day.

I dropped all of these girls at once when I met a new girl in a ltr that has all the looks in a girl im looking for awesome cex. I don't want to invest in a real time relationship, just plates for the upcoming year(s). She just outstands with the fun and cex. I got a date planned with a solid 9, carreer woman, lots of influence on social media because, master graduated and a business woman. I know her from way back and didn't see her for years so let's see if she can handle this DJ. Ofcourse she doesn't know how I am nowadays. And I make out with different girls every weekend so girls become easy and you just stop investing in dates with less attractive girls at once when you are going in the right flow and everything works.

So yeah, familiar story. I just don't expect anything from girls anymore so I never get upset or mad and I lose quick interest in a girl if she isn't a freak in the sheets.

So right now I don't have any plate I really like or is interesting enough for a ltr or a keeper. I just go with the flow atm.

I wanna know what the secret to online “game” is. To me it has been as wild and inconsistent as the weather or even worse the lottery. However you make it seem like you hopped there and is the same as real life.

There are dozens of posts about online dating on this site from many different angles and perspectives. Many very seasoned guys on here. Im my life I have been on, ohhhh, maybe 120 online dates. But there are guys on here who probably have more. Since you asked, here is my own personal strategy that seems to work well as of late:

- Put 2-3 decent pictures on profile, one being a full body shot, and two good face pics. Make sure the pics are reasonably recent.

- Put a small amount of text on the profile, like 3-4 sentences. Keep it light and humorous.

- When it's time to swipe, like, etc. BE REALISTIC. Think about the types of women you attract in real life based on your looks and game. Target those online. Be honest with yourself. Don't go after some woman you KNOW is out of your league. You are just setting yourself up to fail and giving these h0s attention they don't deserve.

- Wait patiently for matches. They will come, but don't sit and wait for them checking your phone every 10 minutes. Give it time.

- When you finally get a match, opening it up with something funny. Not "Hi" or "Hi want to fvck". One I commonly use is "Hey there. Just to get the most important stuff out of the way. Are you a robot, can of spam, or 500 lbs man sitting in his mommy's basement?" This gets a huge positive reaction 9/10 times.

- I usually talk through the app for 1-2 days, then say "Hey this app is being a rebellious teen I have to reinstall it. Please text me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Just promise you won't go writing that on the bathroom wall at your local bar". Move to text. Once you have her digits, pluck it into Facebook and sometimes you can find her profile that way and learn more about her. Not 100% but often times.

- Talk for another day or so, then request a date if she hasn't bored you out too much. As I said before, many I cut loose at this point because they are boring, giving red flags, or not worth the effort for the distance from me that they are.

Most important of all, DON'T TAKE IT TOO SERIOUSLY. It's entertainment, that's it.

Idk about the being realistic part.... like i could literally attract any girl irl. But when it comes to online is different but I agree with most of what you posted.

The thing that baffles me is that the way women act in real life vs online doesnt make sense. I get treated very poorly I think online compared to in a real life scenario. Im sure is all in my head but oh well

It happens, usually when you going through some things and you just need some peace of mind. Sometimes it's out of boredom and you need a new challenge.

Sometime this year I dropped all 7 plates, completely ghosted them, started afresh 2 weeks later. I just needed a new challenge.

Think it's just the time and energy that it takes to date multiple women. I shifted my focus on other things at the moment, and completely content with zero plates right now. Come spring that'll definitely change.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.
