I disagree with vivalarebellion, if you fight back, you lose gound and you will eventually get into a stupid battle. Instead of arguing, just simply ignore them and that will make them look stupid. If you fight back, you will eventually become just like them.

I'm not saying fight back, but don't simply let them walk over you. I used to have a acne, and used to get called out for it. So I just started doing what I mentioned, and they backed off.

Don't insult them, just insinuate something. Why? Because people who call out a physical feature, or make fun of someone, they have little to no self-confidence. The smallest remark can cause them to doubt themselves and back down.

if some friends annoy u just tell them back its just a game.. now if they over do it (and sometimes they will.. if you dont fight back you will now be the target of everyone).. tell them to **** off, in a serious way cuz it aint funny anymore... i have no trouble in kicking one of my friends ass if he thinks he can make fun of me and make me look like dork lol..

Now if random people starts insulting you.. well it aint a friends thing anymore..thats what sometimes me and my friends do to people with "no value" (lol sosuave vocabulary) aka dorks etc... and until you kick one of those random guys ass it wont stop.. if you cant fight it doesnt matter, id rather get beat down than to shovel my tail between my legs
