first of all.....never say sweet again...that is long and gone my friend...2nd of all take napolean diomite outta the dvd player....and buy darems dane groves...lol its kinda lame! but it will give u rythm....my sister is a hip hop instructer so i just watch her...and learn from there..but others arnt so lucky like i am!
