any STD advice

Luckily I'm disease free, however two plates I'm spinning have mentioned something to me. (I've had sex with each of them once both times with a condom). One told me she has clamidia and the other told me she has herpes. Both are pretty cute but I'm paranoid about doing anything more with them. I consider myself to be lucky for not having anything bc I've banged a lot of skanks in my day.(got tested 2 weeks ago). Have any of u dealt wiith these stds?

If these are simply plates, then there is no reason to continue to date them. They did the right thing by being honest with you, but that in and of itself is no reason to put yourself at risk. Chlamydia is no big deal, but herpes is forever- don't take that chance! You will find TONS of better girls out there that are clean.

Remember- when choosing a women, think only of YOUR well-being. After you've chosen her, the game changes.

Good point. All it takes is to read what u wrote outloud to realize how ridiculous this is to even consider. To answer someone elses question, the herp girl told me right before we were going to hook up that she had it and wanted me to do my own research before we did anything... The other girl told me a week after we had sex that she got tested after we hooked up and it came up positive. She's skanky so I'm sure someone else gave it to her. After she told me I got tested which came out negative

Umm, it's my understanding that "clamidia" is cleared up with a round of antibiotics. Just how skanky are these chics? Do they even brush their teeth? Tell that ho to go to a doctor and get an Rx for Cipro or whatever will take care of that.

Herpes is another story. I have had 3 chicks tell me they had it... one after we banged 3 or so times, the others before we did anything. (I don't have it, btw). I thanked all of them for their honesty then never called them again.

How do you decide who you screw ?!?!?! How can you be cautious about it ??? The COOLEST, SWEETEST girl in the world might have had a crazy night out once with her friends, messed around with a dude and caught, herpes or HPV. MOST people have these diseases and DON'T SHOW SYMPTOMS which means they are not aware that they have anything. Herpes tests are also a joke and a waste of money as they are extremely INACCURATE.

Your from New jersey. I use to live in NJ, that is a densely packed SMALL state !! STD's are running rampant like crazy where you are. If you have had sex with anyone besides yourself, theres a HUGE chance you already have something. If you meet a girl at the bar that you find attractive and she finds you attractive and you somehow manage to take her home, what are you gonna do, ask her when was the last time she had an STD check up and then verify her paper work ?? No one knows who has what...not even people who have some shit know that they have something

DRAMA !! herpes is skin condition. The images you see online are always worse case scenarios with people have HIV or compromised immune systems. Companies do this intentionally to scare people into going to doctors and spending money on prescriptions. REALITY is...a majority of STD's don't look anywhere near as severe as an image you might find online.

Its funny but when a little kid has a cold sore (HERPES) people don't seem to mind or think anything of it..."oh its just a little cold sore no big deal" but once you get past the age of 14 all of a sudden that same little cold sore that wasn't a big deal now turns into a major life threatening issue that is "NOT SOMETHING TO MESS AROUND WITH."

once again...this sounds like good advice...but how does anyone ever know what a person has ???? How do you TRULY know someones history and what they have done in their life ???

I just dont get how you guys try to hook up with all these women yet your so quick to pass judgement and position yourselves like your better than these girls (calling them skanky). I would also like to know how all of you are able to miraculously tell what issues and diseases a person has if they don't know themselves or if they dont tell you about it.

You all need to educate yourselves about STD's. If any of you really do hook up with women you probably already have something and dont even know it !! (MOST if not ALL sexually active adults have STD's. theres no such thing as pure).

Do the research...Herpes and HPV. If your gonna live the life of a pornstar you have to accept STD's as an occupational hazard. if you don't want to catch STD's DON'T HAVE SEX WITH ANYONE FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE...

Also if a girl has an std like herpes, a condom won't really prevent you from catching it. It is transmitted through skin to skin contact. which means she may have an outbreak on her hips that you can't see with your eye and the parts that the condom doesnt cover will become infected.

thats right..people can have outbreaks WITHOUT showing any visible symptoms....(and remember, condoms are only good for one thing. LOWERING the risk of getting a girl pregnant)
