I'm not religious or festive, don't even like Christmas all that much. But I've had my share of Christmases and other holidays in past years spent alone to know that it royally sucks. Holidays are when living alone and/or being single really hits home, when other times it's no big deal. One year I went to the gym at my work twice on Christmas day because i had nothing else to do. Another year I moved the last of my stuff out of my house on Easter Sunday alone.

Anyone alone today? If you are, your brothers from SoSuave are with you in spirit. I sure do relate.

Well you're not alone In being alone this Christmas. Indeed it is quite depressing. Makes me wonder if I'm a piece of sh1t that no one wants to be around including my own family.

Funny enough I'm usually alone on my birthday as well. Maybe it's self imposed isolation Idk.

I'm with my family, but I know what you mean.
I would gladly have a beer with any of the guys here.
What I did today.

Took my 2 pals to the forest, made a bonfire, stared at the flame and the moon drinking brews.
Love me some out of doors.

I'm not alone today, but have been other times. Enough to appreciate each and every holiday where I'm not. Sam what your experiencing can be fairly common when you transition to red pill. In my case I was blue pill for so long that as I became red pill I lost some company of both family and friends. Folks that can't handle my company now cuz they can no longer push me around and bullsh!t me. good riddance with them!

Happily alone, watched James Bond "Dr.no". May go through all the Bond films! They seem to be a good influence on my life!

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

Heheh I like working out in front of James Bond flicks. I m normally in NZ with family or overseas with some g/f.

this Christmas I was actually in Melbourne. went to a meet up event picnic in the park. was ok there were some good Bros to talk to. most of the chicks were fugly. In true DJ style I ignored the odds being stacked against me and cracked on to the one attractive chick there. but didn't get much play. this break is about continuing my weight loss got another 5kg to go. finishing the worst of the renovation on my old house - it's at the point where 1 Weeks hard work will make it look pretty decent. I'm still being pretty social - going 2 heaps of sports meetups for exercise and catching up with whichever of my friends are around. so yeah basically still building the foundation.

Puss will b more of a priority next year but of course I'm still a DJ and will approach any skirts I find in my path.

I spent Christmas in my room the whole day, but my family was in the house. I could've been out with my friends doing something, but nobody really tries to make any moves.

I ain't too down that I didn't do anything for Christmas. I'm the introvert type anyways; I don't converse much with family, I just like to stay in my room alone.

Last year after spending Christmas with my family I went back to my
own life feeling emotionally drained and I swore that I would spend this
Christmas alone with no mobile phone, no internet....at the beach or in a cave somewhere....

This year after spending Christmas with my family I swear I'm spending next Christmas
alone with no mobile phone, no internet.....at the beach or in a cave somewhere....

or maybe I'll be backpacking in latinamerica...

I'm surrounded by family and I know they love me. But have you felt so lost in your life that everything seems alien? I am not in a mood to celebrate. I royally ****ed my semester, yet I studied so hard. What if I don't get into grad school? There's no one to share my burden and I don't intend to, but it sucks and it sucks hard. Not to down this thread. Merry Christmas!

I do visit my parents but it's a huge drag, we never were close and I'm just hanging on for 3 days trying not to fight with them. It's always such a sad time as we realize we just cannot connect, can't have fun, always doubting each other, can't be a real family. Now they're old and a bit regretful. I always wonder if I should make more effort in doing stuff together, be more open and less vindictive. It's my fault same as theirs, but I just can't open up. We just are different people. So I play it safe, suppress my pride (if I manage to) and have 3 days of a semblance of family.

Being alone:
When I lived in NZ for a couple of years, I would go on a road trip for a week (it's summer anyway). Spent christmas in a backpacker hostel in the middle of nowhere, with some friendly tourists, having beer and BBQ, maybe a campfire. Way better than sitting home alone.
