Well are we talking about a slice of fat-free cheese and a quarter pound of very lean quality beef cooked on a george foreman grill, on a wholegrain roll. with lettuce, chopped onions, olive oil, and a tiny bit of ketchup. Idk about you, but I ate one a day, and with a combination with my other foods with a good calorie plan- i lost 50 pounds.
And the only supplements i use are multivitamins, fish oil pills, and whey. Don't believe it?
Maybe i should do "incline crunches", eat a vegetarian diet, do cardio for an hour a day before i eat or drink anything, have one whey protein shake a day whenever i feel like it, eat before bed, use every machine in my gym other than free weights, spend all day in the gym-EVERYDAY...oh wait whey comes from milk which comes from cows i guess i can't drink that.
