Would it be dangerous on the lower back to do heavy squatting, then afterwards uncompress your back by hanging upside down on a bar? I ask because I know cracking your back too much can cause problems but would the squatting amplify the effect of hanging upside down?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I think you are being somewhat optimistic with your expectations with a thread titles any chiros in here.

I'm no chiro, but I read a few sources recommending hanging from a chinning bar after heavy squats to relieve lumber compression.

I have never seen anything indicating this is not good practice.
