I'm trying to lose some bodyfat, so I started my diet yesterday. I'd like to know what you guys think about my food choice.
Breakfast 6:50 AM: ~250g chicken
During school 9 - 12AM: 2 apples
Lunch 13AM: ~6 scrambled eggs
Snacktime 16AM: A few peanuts
Dinner 18AM: 250g chicken or scrambled eggs.
I'm about 6'2" and weigh about 100 Kilogram.
Got some advice?
