That may have been in the small print of one of the equal opportunity laws.
Lol at least that'd be more honest even if still unconstitutional and unfair. The small print is in administrative policy and in case law. So basically they even go way beyond what the law states and supposedly intended.

So where are her supporters to back up her right to denounce women who were raped, especially white women. Where's the solidarity of gender? What about Women's rights in general?

Just more proof that questions whether certain people actually believe in equality.

Let me get this straight; it's OK for a black bigot to make racial slurs against white male students because she has the right of FREE SPEECH. But a white person who says anything derogatory about blacks or uses the "N" word is made into a pariah? Only in the People's Republic of Taxachusetts!!
She ought to read the writings of a BU graduate named Dr. Martin Luther King before she opens her prejudiced mouth. Maybe they should find her an apartment in Roxbury!

Saida Grundy is an idiot. How can someone who is soooo misinformed be employed to inform others. Slavery was a terrible thing, but aside from Europeans, the Egyptians, Persians, Mongols, Aztecs, Moors, Chinese, Indians (from India), Incas, Mayan, Olmecs, Thais, Huns, Nubians, Songhai,Romans, Babylonians, Accadians, Hittites, Turks, Malis...all, and these are just major empires...had slavery institutions which did indenture you for life, as well as any of your children, and their children, and their children, and so on.Taking the land and the genocide (lets call it what it was) of American Indians was horrible.

The slavery and murder of Africans was horrible. However, just because something is horrible does not give anyone the right to openly lie about the real history of this world...least of all a college professor entrusted to educate our youth.

I wonder...if she said that transgender males...or females with down syndrome, were the problem in society, would they still support her "free speech"? Ha, ha...no.

I'm all for free speech, and like I said, Saida Grundy can think and say whatever she wants , but Boston University has crossed that bridge from progressive to being incitefully hateful and intolerant. And I thought tolerant was the new liberal dogma? Oh well...
