OK, I have the books and am ready to start... I took my BF with the califer(whatever its called) and I felt like I was doing it innacurately, anyway, it says my BF is 22%!! Guys, I am a skinny motherbleep, I'm like 6' 140... and my BF is this high? ANyways, according to his chart this means I have to do the fatloss thing... which i dread because of the fact that I'm going to have to get skinnier for 6 weeks instead of using that time to get bigger. Its gonna be a ***** to be motivated. So, my question is... Can I do the modified mass program instead? or would that be pointless?

Thanks

Also, my brother who ordered the book lost the login to the forums, can anyone hook a brother up just so I can see these gains people have made to keep me motivated? I won't post on your account, and will show u a picture with my books and stuff if you really don't beleive me.

Thanks fellas,

Peace

Yea those calipers man, I dunno what to do... it seems like you can get 10 different numbers if you do it 10 times, am I suppose to flex the muscle why i do it? How much flesch do I even pinch? Just doesn't seem like a realistic measurement to me. Anyway, I could be a high BF%... I am pretty skinny/weak. I definately don't have a 6 pack, for example... maybe im "skinny fat"?

The Pass thing didn't work... oh well, I guess sionce he ordered it like 2 years ago he isn't allowed access anymore, I can't afford to put up another $70 bones to read some posts, thought it would be nice.

Thanks for your help.

Send them an email telling them you lost your login info. The same thing happened to me and they're very helpful.

Your BF%...are you moving the slider? I made the mistake of not noticing the little slider on the measurement arc thing when I first used it. My BF% instantly jumped from 20% to 12% when I did it correctly :p Showing us a picture would also help. As for your other questions, they are answered in the book.

Moving the slider? Hmmm... not sure what you mean.... THis is what Im doing, I pinch my flesh with one hand then take the califer and pinch it till I hear the "click", then I read the number.

Ow I see... That little thing that slides and has the black line in the middle... haha, I did it again and had 14% BF... I'm gonna do the modified mass diet as the book recommends for "Skinny Fatties" :D . Wish me luck and I will keep you updated when I start... heres another question, in the book he explains his sample day but doesn't go into detail about his week. He only says you will be working out three times a week... I am assuming that it should be like this right?

1.Chest, Shoulders, Back
2.Rest
3.Back, Bicep
4.Rest
5.Legs
6.Rest
7.Rest

Would this work?

Thanks

Chest+Tri+Delts
OFF
Back+Bi
OFF

Not the bestest routine ever, but atleast the tri's and traps are included

Do you have the workbooks? All of the exact workouts and stuff are in there for weeks 1-26 (then you take a break, then do it again or whatever you want). If you don't have the workbooks, the organizer program downloadable from skinnyguy.net has all of the workouts in it if you haven't checked that out yet. You'll have to get the login info set up though.

AE has the workouts set up as

Session 1 - Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps
Session 2 - Legs
Session 3 - Back, Bicep

Yea, My fault... I was looking at page 52 of the big black book.... OK, I'll take a long stroll through the workbook.

Anyone have any personal success stories using AE?

Whew, I can't wait to start!

If memory serves, Pook [if you dont know who he is, go shoot yourself] got MASSIVE results from using it. A lot of other people have. What's in it is good solid facts that make you grow. It's a good training method, definately.

If memory serves, Pook gained over 25lbs of muscle and had his sex drive go through the roof. If that isnt a selling point for it, I dont know what is :p
