well it would have been nice if i made it, but i caved in and lost it.... nothing to debate......on top of that, this is a bad time for me to start doing this, i'm starting a buisness and i'm stressed and scared and I need some comfort.... I might start again at the end of this month...

I blew it twice since I started, but I just get up again. I know how crappy it is to keep losing it, but I'm determined to solve this and don't want to have to put it on my 2007 resolutions list so I'm gonna solve this and get right with God.

I feel spiritually cleansed after ejaculation, not by abstaining from it. I don't feel guilty about it, although I have barely had a chance lately. Like I say, by all means cut down, but I see no reason to torture yourself over something fun and natural. Lot of Catholics in this thread I reckon.
