You watched the video right?

He clearly was reaching for the ignition with his right hand and looked like he was driving off with his left. And if he didn't, how did he end up a couple feet behind the car? Did he magically jump to the right really far? I don't think so...

It's amazing how fast the chief can throw one of his officers under the bus so fast like that. Maybe he just doesn't want to look bad towards a certain community, after all the chief did assist in training that officer.
You know more than the DA, the police chief, every analyst who's watched the video, and everyone else as well I see. Weird that you'll support a lying killer even when they wont.

Cool brah. Nothing to discuss then really. :flowers:

Noncompliant vermin slain by cop. Good riddance.

All people have to do is respectfully follow the officer's instructions. That's it. If they're too dysfunctional to do that, then they're too dysfunctional to live.

It's a shame our culture as a whole has become so weak that it would persecute officers for this stuff.... Bleeding heart liberal filth.
Filth and vermin are these corrupt cops who kill, lie, and cover up. This Tensing guy is gonna have to buddy up with the white power gangs when he's convicted. Just like the Carolina cop who tried to pull the same crap on video. If they dont buddy up, they are going to have a rough time in prison.

Just like DA Deters said...Tensing is a disgrace and should have never been an officer. He's not a professional, nor is he honest, and thats what a good cop should be.

.
I watched the video a few times and gathered what I stated. If he were my officer, I would be fighting off the public for him. It's not the public's job to take care of, whom would be, my officer. I find it odd that the Captain would be letting one of his officers just be obliterated like that in the public's eye. Even if he murdered 90 people and he was clearly guilty, I would personally take care of it.

Like I said, some people fear the public more than anything.

Watching the video it appears the officer was dragged a few feet before or after the shooting. He appears to "land" a lot closer to the silver car in front of him than the original stop. However, the majority of the movement occurs after the shooting so I think he was already dead when the car took off.

Of course, for the car to take off he had to have turned it on and put it in gear and possibly put his foot on the gas. He clearly attempted to flee with the police officer in his window. Sticking your head in a window like that is stupid and dangerous of course, but so is driving off with an officer in your window! Not to mention he had a container of Barton's Gin with him. It was probably opened since Barton's is, I believe from my days with cheap gin, supposed to be clear not yellow.

Can anyone from Ohio confirm or deny the law requiring two license plates?

Yep, people keep looking for reasons to help this scumbag to get off, thug this, thug that, kids everywhere, whatever. All the while ignoring the pink elephant in the room. Officer Tensing is guilty as charged and I'm so glad the prosecutor handled it the way he did! By the way there's another video of his(Tensing) handiwork where he was harassing another member of the so called "Diversity" group that's so highly spoken of around here.

He killed this man in cold blood and showed absolutely no remorse, zilch, none, nada, not one iota. I think this wanton disregard for life played heavily in the prosecutors reaction tword this completely unnecessary crime.

Jaylan I want to ask a favor of you go and listen to the beginning of the dialogue between Tensing and Dubose. Can you make out the second or third sentence spoken by Dubose?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

That is why I have no problem with cops using their weapons for even minor offenses and traffic stops.

This is such a stupid issue. 16 more months and the liberal filth (hopefully) will disappear.
Dude my older brother is a cop and trust me I worry about him every day, we've had these same conversations adnausem. It's a real tragedy that Sean Bolton lost his life and I hope they find the slime that did it. But there are good cops and bad cops. Besides that like I keep saying everyone is not cut out to be a cop, hell with my temper I know for sure that I'm not cut out for it. But imho Tensing is a BAD cop period point blank.

here is my theory, and i bet i'm right.

the guy has a long rap sheet. I'''m betting money he's on parole of some sort. You don't have a 60 arrest career and not be on some form of parole / probation. This explains why he doesn't' have a license, his is probably suspended.

You're on parole, or probation for that matter and you get popped driving on a suspended that's auto jail. no questions asked. go to jail go directly to jail do not pass go, depending on what state you're in you're going to do at least a year or maybe even the rest of your sentence. You also can't have any alocohol if you are on parole so even if the alcohol was sealed it's moot

So the guy gets pulled over, knowing he's fricked becuase he's driving on a suspended and he's on parole, makes an irrational decision to flee / abscond. I'm not saying what he did was right, but I've seen it happen.

So at least I can get a grasp on what the guy was thinking.

Now, let's assume that was the case. 1. it's stupid to shoot him because if he was really that big of a threat he wouldn't be on parole. I'd almost guarantee his rap sheet is a bunch of petty drug related ****e. You get in the system and you never get out. EVery dime bag or every time you go out and have a few drinks and get pulled over instead of getting a warning you go to jail.

But more importantly 2. if he was on parole, all the motherfricker had to do was contact his parole officer. Even if he didn't have a name he had a description of the car, he had the tags on the car he had the description of the suspect.

My point being, all the cop had to do was go back to the office and run the tags, make and model through whatever the frick system they use and something would have hit. Then wait for him to show up there like he eventually would and take his arse to jail.

With all that said, if what I'm saying was correct, the dude that got pulled over should have known better than most that fleeing from a cop that you don't know already and dragging him with you is not a very smart decision.

There is no right or wrong here. Stop making stupid decisions. stop shooting people for tail light violations, unless you see someone with a tech 9 in the backseat or something or your pulling over Ted Bundy or something just lose the battle let the dude get away and get him later.

Here's a thought, if your license is suspended STOP frickING DRIVING lol. I know. it's a unique concept. Catch a cab lol. walk. take the bus. I knew a girl in drug court who was for like 5 years and never failed a drug test but never could get her license renewed and every year she'd get popped for driving on a suspended, and not for any real emergency ****, for going to the movies and ****e like that. like you have to be kidding me just stop driving lol.

Clearly not.

Plus the guy does not have a history of violent crime. Just a **** ton of traffic offenses and a few drug charges.

Also, for those who are curious, there is no dash cam footage, and the body cam footage is already damning. There's not much else that can clear the cop if he has no dash cam footage. They indicted him based on his body cam and the fact he lied about what was on it.

You wonder why cops might be quick to shoot some crazy acting black male in a traffic stop. A veteran cop was shot to death in Cincinnati just the previous month. Then we have another cop shot down in Memphis Saturday.
http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/police-identify-suspect-in-memphis-officers-killing/ar-BBlk7gX

As the police director put it,
"There is a theme that black lives matter," said a sullen Armstrong, who is black. "At the end of the day, we have to ask ourselves, do all lives matter? All lives matter … and this is just a reminder of how dangerous this job is."
Memphis' Mayor makes a good point,

Men and women in blue have rules of engagement they have to follow, but … they are dealing with people who have no rules of engagement."

As the police director put it,

Memphis' Mayor makes a good point,
You remember those marines that were shot up by some guy a few weeks back? Yeah, no one seemed to care about our OWN troops being killed but god forbid a black person gets pulled over for doing something against the law and the internet and media go haywire about how it was "racist" and how "brutal" regardless of any laws that were broken.

It's a lot like how women are deemed the victim in a lot of situations versus a man. When a woman gets yelled at by a man the media makes the man the enemy but when it's vice versa, no one seems to care. The only difference is that it's a certain race that's deemed a victim rather than a gender, who's really racist here? I'm sick and tired of people crying racism when that issue isn't even racist and ACTUAL racist issues are just buried in the blender. It's hard to tell fake vs real nowadays and that's sad.

that's a pretty big strawman arguement

neither is right. neither is more right than the other. it's not my fault that the media treats troops worse than black people getting killed by cops.

just because the troops getting killed did not get the deserved media attention does not mean black men getting slain by cops is being over exaggerated

When you see or hear something over and over again... You start to believe it. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but I am saying that the media portrays it to happen a lot more often that it actually does which in term paints a bad picture for everyone else.

It's clearly obvious that news channels are cashing out on this "racist" and "brutal" cop stories because they make it in their headline every time. The news didn't care for our troops who got shot on our homeland but instead for a person who was "victimized" by the big bad cop.

If the media doesn't care, then that means the majority doesn't care.

just because the troops getting killed did not get the deserved media attention does not mean black thugs (fixed) getting slain by cops is being over exaggerated
Murder is not ok, killing can be justified. Ok is a bad term, a death is not o, because all deaths are tragic, justified is the right term. The law determines who is law abiding, we have a justice system that attempts to follow the law. Criminal history is only a predictor, you determine if you are a punk. Most of that is how you respect the law and authority. If your first reaction to a cop is an eyeroll, you will never have peace.

Shouldn't a person consider what is most effective for themselves? Why is the first reaction one of disrespect, to anyone, everyone. It's not just how they treat cops. They disrespect everyone. Mistreat elders, each other. This is a massive cultural problem, that cop abuse cannot fully explain. And the culture seems more happy with excusing itself than fixing their own problems. They'd prefer to blindly go removing specks from other people's eyes, then remove the massive plank in their own eye. That's why everyone is frustrated and tired of hearing the race baiters. It is hypocrisy on a massive cultural level.

It is your fault , every time you defend a thug you are perpetuating the black victimhood mentality. In my direct experience with liberals, dislike of the military is core value, much like being pro-environment and anti death penalty. Guess what , cupcake, I do not give a flying fvck about your black/latin/white thugs. I do care about our soldiers. Teach them (the thugs) to fallow the law enforcement instructions.Period.

Yeah I'm going to go ahead and disagree. First of all, it isn't "black people". It's black ghetto scum. And yes, I value these cops' lives more than black ghetto scum, who, for whatever reason, are being made into victims.

The world is a better place without slimy filth of humanity. When you break the law, you forfeit the right to be a victim and claim that your life matters.

backbreaker....I think most of us here on this forum have a bigger problem with the media and other left activist enablers....than we do the black ghetto scum. I know that is the case with me.

I value the lives of good cops. I value the lives of officers who are honest and uphold the law with courtesy and professionalism.

I do not value the lives of thuggish lying pieces of excrement who sully the badge through acts murder and attempted cover ups. Scummy agents of government is something all citizens should be worried about.

Those people are much more dangerous than any street criminal will be. Corruption in those who hold power will always be dangerous.

If you attempt to flee with a police officer having contact with your car it should be considered assault. Starting the car and putting it in drive while disobeying a lawful order to get out of your car and while having a police officer in your car falls neatly under that scenario to me.

And this was the case in this instance hence the officer being dragged 10 to 20 feet prior to falling off the car after shooting the driver. Had the car not been in drive and turned on it would not have taken off like it did.

People made up their minds about this case before they ever saw the video. They always do. White Police Thugs or Ghetto Black Thugs we know what side we're on before the sides even appear.

Edit: Plus, no matter what the media says, I seriously doubt that gin bottle was unopened. Not only is Barton Gin clear but when I stopped the video on Youtube there appears to be a clear sliver between cap and plastic ring, which opens after you open a bottle.

It may have been piss in the bottle but it wasn't an unopened bottle of gin.

when a cop has told you to do something, you'd better do it, or be ready to face the consequences.. if those consequences end up being a bullet in your head, it was still YOUR call that started the "stuff".

When Fairshake agrees, you know the conversation is over.

This issue is dead. The majority of people in this country know the drill. The only reason these stupid stories get traction is because of the racist morons in the White House right now. Hopefully that conglomeration of idealist social experimenters realize the issues that their votes have caused. Not counting on it though.
