Yet starting up the car and attempting to drive off with the officer is a good idea?
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
You know what's really stupid?
A sworn upholder of the law killing an unarmed person needlessly, and then trying to cover it up knowing full well that video evidence exists contradicting his lies. How arrogant do you have to be to think you'd get away with that? But when so many bad cops get slaps on the wrist, is it any wonder this officer tried to pull one over on everyone?
That's what Americans get from some of their law enforcement. Bullying, corruption, lies, and cover-ups. These folks are supposed to be professionals held to a higher standard. Every day there's something new with a bad officer in the news.
Just this week, a motorist released a video of an off duty officer road raging and threatening to kill him.

Now imagine if this detective tried that stunt against a concealed weapon permit holder? If this cop got blown away, the motorist likely would have been railroaded and jailed for murdering a cop...even though that bully cop didnt originally identify himself, and was threatening the other driver with murder (while reaching in his pockets!). People get killed by the police for much less!
And somehow this officer with a history of behavior such as this, is on paid leave. Any of us would be sitting in jail right now.
