after living for about a year in Vietnam I've had enough of the place and have decided to move on. The plan right now is to work for a couple of months in Korea (Soeul, presumably) and then jet out to Budapest, Hungary for another 2 or 3 months.

Obviously the DJ culture in those places will be very different, does anyone have some advice or experiences to share?

Don't know **** about it, but I'm curious about your experience in Vietnam.
I've been living in Ho Chi Minh City. My experience is that while it's super-easy to get alot of dates, 95% of them are a total waste of time either because the girl doesn"t speak english or is a total prude or is a heavily makeup-ed skank trying to get money/a passport. beautiful girls though, and I've had my fair share of success. You just have to sift through alot of BS.

My problem is, I'm really starting to hate the atmosphere here. It's the same shyt every single day, anything having to do with the government is a nightmare, the air and water and streets are filthy, you can"t walk anywhere, the weather is fvckin miserable, and there's almost nothing to do on weekends except drink and nobody cares about anything except making money. Some people might not find that a problem but that kind of thing is important to me.

Great food though.

My view might be a bit biased.

It should start to rain, around this time Korea (Seoul) is going to be humid in some places, really depends on where you go. You should really go sightseeing as it is in general a clean country and has a lot of history to it. There is some disparity however, you have the city but if you go ride a train for a big you'll be in the country side (like most other cities!). Could be wrong about the weather though, and was just unlucky last time I went.

The people there are generally friendly, its really homogeneous though, mostly koreans, since it's korea anyway.
They love english speakers actually, and foreigners in general, and if you learn a little korean then woo.

Korean women in general are conservative, as is the general population, but they still have a sexual side to them if you go to clubs, I think its because they have to repress it in society, and it comes out in more "liberal" situations.

My two cents. Don't have any general advice though, just a survey of korea :p

I've been on holiday to Hungary, and I have some family there.
Sex seems pretty free flowing, and the young women are mighty fine, it just goes wrong after they hit 35.
'Surveys' say the Hungarians have the best sex along with the French and Greeks.

When I was there, not many Hungarians knew English, and had a bad attitude to us when we spoke it. So I spoke the German I've learnt at school and got along fine.

I'd guess you'd game like Russian chicks. There's some threads on that, have a look for them.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

I'm not too worried about finding English-speakers, thanks to Mr. Internet it's not that difficult to find the various online groups where English-speakers hang out for whatever reason.

hmm, I don't have much experience with russian chicks. I'll check it out.

Vietnam was awesome, but I've had enough of Vietnam when I was there for the second month. For one year is just way way too much for me.

However, I will be in Vietnam again next week, if you or anyone wants to meet up to have some fun, let me know.

Be very careful with money and valuable things over there. I got picked pocket when I was over there. ><

What is it with people getting pickpocketed? i've been all around the world and never gotten robbed once. Just lucky I guess.

Vietnam is finished for me. I'd really like to know about Hungary.
