With her drug usage, plus her weight going crazy, I'd say the cause is up in the air. The media will more than likely blame it on a heart attack or something like that, but I'm going to say that drug use of some form ended her life. (If not acumulated damage from her years of being an addict.)

Oh yeah, I watched a little clip a while back (think it was an awards thing), and she was certainly riding on her own personal chemical cloud. "And we make beeeeyuuutifulll music!"

She was a beautiful woman, but she was so screwed up on drugs that it is amazing she lived this long.

She started off being a stripper so they are usually one of the most messed up of women. Even after they leave that life they can never usually recover from the bad habits they picked.

My bet is that she died from cocaine mixed with anti-depression drugs that caused her to have a heart attack.

Even though I do not really care for her, it is slightly sad to see a human being go. If anything, I admired her ambition, though perhaps tainted by her lack of morality in marrying a dying man. Either way, I would rather look at the positives of everything.

I think she went through a lot, for example losing her son. Yet, whether with drugs or not, she seemed to always be in a bubbly/friendly mood (at least when I saw her on TV), so I also admire that aspect of her enthusiastic personality.
