The only reason its easier up there is because of the society and culture. I moved down here with some Marine friends... We were all from the MW. One was married and loyal, traditional... Whatever. The other (single guy) couldnt get **** for women, but every time he went back to visit to the MW, he got laid very easily, and very quickly.
Thats because theyre more independent, single-minded, promiscuous, and aggressive. All you have to do is look good, dress sharp, and look like a BB or player. *****es are all over that **** up there. The social scene is very active, and people dont hold back - they go for, say, and do whatever they want. If women like you - they will make it known, and not hold back on their sexual desires. Sex isnt forbidden or inappropriate up there. You dont have to date or get married. They arent wishy washy. They'll flirt, touch, use sexual inneundos, talk about and suggest sex, and all that ****. There isnt much you have to do. Just get the ball rolling, and sex is pretty much on the table.
People also dont stick to themselves, or in small groups, or with their families and relatives. They also arent shy, overly respectful, and other things you find down here. They dont really give a **** about class, character, etc - only looks, status, sex appeal, etc. Theres a very active social scene with bars / clubs and parties. Huge social groups over there. Always hanging out, going to this place and that, looking to hook up, etc. It is not slow-placed, marriage-minded, family-oriented, and reserved and conservative, like down here. Its the exact opposite.
The women arent necessarily good looking - in the traditional, natural, beautiful sense... Most of them are skinny (as are the guys), and dont have the best figures. What they are is fake-hot, like a lot of celebrities you see. Make-up is definitely in. Even their attire is very flashy, revealing, tight, and inviting. They turn you on almost instantly with their provocative look and attitude. And their get down to business mindset towards sex.
They dont court, go out, get to know each other, have 20 kids and get married. They find that **** boring. The process is more like: a little banter and flirting, some charm and wit, a little contact, hook up for sex. Just like the link you posted. It is exactly like that. No waiting bull****. I like you, you like me, a little bull**** inbetween, lets have sex. Thats why BBs and players are so effective up there - they have that **** down, and the women are all about it just the same. NGs and gentleman are definitely not in-demand - unlike here.
If youre a single guy looking to have fun, party, get laid, date around with multiple women, be in a more active, fast-paced scene, etc - you need to get out of here, and go up north. I talk to a lot of guys who have been down here for a good while - if not their entire lives - and they say the SAME ****... Its boring, the women are lame, conservative, unsexy, shy, reserved, everyone is looking to get (or already is) married, too much religion, nothing to do, no one ever goes out or does anything, etc. Thats how it is down here.
Of course, the lifestyle up there isnt all peaches and roses, either. A lot of drama and chaos; loud, rude, disrespectful, selfish people; cheating and whoring around; lack of loyalty or trust; dysfunctional groups and families; and everything else that comes with that kind of terrority. But they wouldnt be this way otherwise.

Women also dont give a **** about race, either. Only how you look and dress, if youre popular, social, out-going, and have status, and those kind of things. Most prefer and seek after guys who are aggressive, confident, assertive, sexually experienced, in high demand, etc. Theyre not into shy guys, NGs, and dont really care how "good" you are. Those types are viewed as weak insecure virgins, and get bullied around by women. There's definitely a lot of *****es up there, and fake people in general. Theyre not genuine - only fake and charming. They only try to act decent.
