An American guy's thoughts on European women.

I've noticed this so much about Italians where all of the crazy ones are the ones that look very ethnic/Middle Eastern while the cool ones look no different than the average white. This is particularly true about Italian women from my observations. The ones who are natural blondes, you cannot tell them apart from a typical white girl based on behavior even. Yet the dark haired tanned skin ones seem to be way more insecure and toxic.

Why does this surprise you? Culturally, Northern Italy and Southern Italy are about as similar as Idaho and South East Florida. Until fairly recently, they weren’t even part of the same country. All of the “good” things that Italy is known for - models, fashion, architecture, art, exotic cars - come from the North. The South is know for the mafia and…well, that’s basically it.

Because I am an American and therefore culturally ignorant lol. Yeah, I live in Miami now where we get a ton of Italian expats, hands down some of the coolest people out there both men and women. Before this I was in NYC where literally every Italian American was the worst stereotype of their race. TBH, I am cool with Italian Americans and see them as no different than any other Euro American heritage group but my god, New York and New Jersey Italians are just a different freaking breed. The Italian women from those states are some of the worst women in the country period.

Not exactly, I just found that the Irish and Italian descendants, to an extent even Eastern Euro descendants, in the NYC Metro Area are pure and utter trash.

By the way, anyone who's been to Europe knows that there isn't such disparity in looks that you would rate some countries as A and other as F. Saying that Italian women are F in appearance... I've been to Milan and there was a lot of good looking women.

This is textbook grass is greener on the other side mentality lol. I am around a ton of European women these days and they are literally no different than American women. Maybe Polish and Hungarian women are what you describe but Western European women are narcissistic, shallow, and even worse in terms of needing validation than American women. They are not cultured at all these days and Europe is kind of a dump now, it will collapse before the US does.

Yeah western european women are shallow. And in France they are getting trashier by the day, except in upper middle class circles. If you search french videos on tiktok you will see lower class white french women putting trashy guetto music in most of their videos. They disgust me. But France is a very socialist state so they don't care, they don't need men's money.

I have been to Italy many times and I think its overrated for its beauty. The men looksmax equally but the one place that takes the cake is Australia. Most Italian men I have seen tend to be on the shorter end and they rely on spam approaching to get women. However, I will say that the Northern Italians can be pretty chill people and cool to hang out with. All the good looking Italians I met were from the North.

Italian men dress well because Italy has very good local brands and local tailors that offer very good value for the price. When an Italian company in fashion industry gets big, it often gets acquired by the likes of LVMH.

TBH, I have had a really good experience with Italian women from Italy too and find them to be classy and rather chill, this is more true the more north you get. A lot of them are a bit shy and surprisingly sheltered compared to their European sisters from elsewhere. If you play it right, can definitely have some great potential for wifey material. Now obviously this is the case since they are traveling, from what I hear they are really stuck up and mean when in their home country.

However, Italian Americans from NY and NJ, especially if we are talking Long Island, Staten Island, and Bergen County are a special level of trash. There is a saying out there that "you can't buy class" and these people are the embodiment of that. A lot of them are new money wealth but are often the trashiest people at bars, clubs, and in public.

The women are nothing to write home about either. No matter how much money she has, she still acts like gutter trash. Truly some of the most toxic and awful people you can be around.

I would say stay away from European women raised in the West. Reqson being most European women (specifically Eastern European) value their looks and style while maintaining traditional roles and will gladly stay at home/and or cook. They embrace the mother role. The problem with those who are raised in the West is that they have the external qualities of those from Europe, but don't maintain the traditional roles and lose their selflessness. Feminism is rampant with these. These are also the ones that are the most narcissistic and offer the least. Very undesirable (imo as an Eastern European man).

They're all Catholic women though. There may be differences in their backgrounds and personalities when you're trying to get to know them, but they tend to be similar when you're trying to game them (i.e, - ok in their 20's, notably difficult from their 30's onward)

As Jesse states, a woman from northern Italy may be dressed fashionably and a bit shy, and their Italian-American counterpart may be loud and dressed skimpily, but they both will be more difficult than most would expect should you try to game them. A shy, classy Italian woman (should you find her in the states) will be more difficult than a similarly presented Anglo woman, and a loose Italian-American woman would be more difficult than her similarly presented Anglo counterparts (and Latina counterparts, as they tend to be sweeter and not as prone to teasing).

The common issue with them is identification, as you're not necessarily expecting them to have an Italian background if you're not in the Tri-State area or (obviously) in Italy.

You talk like someone who is clearly offended and has a dog in this fight, I don't care for your feelings. You have been going at it on this thread because you became too sensitive over someone criticizing your heritage, once again, tough luck and grow a thicker skin. I speak from experience and having had a number of decent ones from women who were from Italy.

It doesn't take that much, they travel around a lot and love NYC and Miami as cities. I approach a lot and happen to run into them. Stop taking this all so personal.
