I'm lucky if I can eat 3 or 4. It's usually a serving or two at lunch and hopefully a couple for dinner. That's why I've started supplementing with mega green powder in my morning protein shake. Add a banana, some berries and I'm good to go!
You could use frozen green veggies & put them in the mixer with your shake.

A great recipe is:
*whey protein
*brocolli
*apple
*tomato
*carots
*olive oil
*flax seeds

The carbs eater, could add some oats. Great way to start the day.

Drink green tea. Don't like green tea. Rip the tea bag and emply contents into glass of water. Gulp down the water.
.
It's gotta be way cheaper to buy powdered green tea than it is to buy a zillion tea bags.

I just bought a tub that i've had for well over a year now and spoon it into hot water and stir. And i know exactly how much ECGC and all that is in there rather than whatever the tea bag manufacturer felt like leaving in and doesn't even bother to tell you.

Optimum Nutrition's Whey, the cheapest kind, think it's 40$ for 10lb. The vanilla flavor is neutral enough to be mixed with whatever you want.

I take way more supps then you. You're fine. You could even add beta-alanine.
