Am I supposed to let her know or not?

I'm confused if I'm supposed to tell her "hey I like you" or not.

BACKGROUND: girl I like has a boyfriend but plays a game trying to guess who it is, guessed herself once, I said no. Two days later after she guesses few more I tell her she's already said it but I'm not saying who it is.

We walk to 6th period together and she said she figured out who it was but won't tell me. 8th period her friend asks me who I like, then asks if it is her. I smile and say I'm not telling.

Me and girl I like stay after school for a short while and she says she knows who it is and that her friend made it 100%. We walk to get her bag then on the way back she's like...
'So, anything you want to tell me?'
'No I don't think so' *smile*
'Really, nothing?'
'I can't ..'
'Last chance'
'Sorry, I really can't ..'

The next day I walk with her to same period and I get the feeling she is trying to give me the silence treatment, so I say 'o you're really talkative today.' I get the sideways look and she's like 'you didn't tell me ..'

On the way back I say 'why aren't you talking as much as usual?' and I get 'see how much I talk to you from now on ..'

I'm sorta getting the "you didn't tell me so now it's too late" vibe from all this. Only reason I didn't go for it is because she had a boyfriend from before we even met, otherwise I'd be all over this chick.

lol...why did you insist on not telling her? If anything you should've joked around and said like another girl, not "i'm not telling."

Anyway, I don't know if it would be appropriate to go up to her now and be like "I like you." MIght seem sort of AFCish. But obviously she likes you

Yeah I joked around but after a little I was like 'you aren't going to get me to tell you ' but if you think it's obvious that she likes me then ok, I'll act that way.

hmm. how old are you. out of curiosity. I've played this game before, but this was like in 8th grade. and apparently played my cards wrong.

eventually it went from interesting to pointless, so keep her interest with witty answers and things like that, but I dont know if you should just come right out and tell her it's her.

Thing is, I've heard that telling her could be the worst possible move, which is why I didn't. Now I'm not sure if I did the right thing or not.

You could have just looked at her in the end and said 'the answer is staring right at you!' trick answer but a good conclusiom to the game.

All Games must come to an end. Do you expect to play forever?
