am I in a bad situation?

Last night this girl friend who was my target ended up making out with my friend, and of course he felt bad because we established this before we all got drunk. He told her this, and that I liked her and she just replied "I didn't know that."

I've never thought it wise to let a girl know if you like her or not and I'm wondering if I can recover from this or if I should even bother trying... or if I've got nothing to worry about.

You should have just gamed her and stop taking so long for her to say she didn't know that. Sounds like yall were just friends. Her ending up making out with your friend doesn't mean much. I think you still have a chance if you play your cards right.

Basically you have nothing to worry about unless your boy wants to followup on that girl and bag her.

Alright I found out today that actually there was very little kissing but still.

Also, today the girl called me to hot tub at her house with a friend of hers and a different friend of mine (we had actually talked about this before, but she finally decided to go through with it?), she IMed me when I was on the comp...

Is she just trying to make herself feel better about hurting my feelings by compensating with friendlier gestures, or do you guys think she's been emboldened by the knowledge that I like her?
