I personally think your attire is a bit weird.

Especially the trench coat. Ditch that. Approaching woman in that will just make them laugh at you (Unless you are a real natural at picking up- which I assume you aren't...So for now drop the **** that isn't going to help).

Get some colour happening, it will help brighten up your look. Dressing in all black is a big thumbs down from most people.

And a hat is just a hat. Wear it if you feel like wearing a hat I guess?

You dress like a lot of guys that are different and quirky. Which begs the question, why do different people dress alike? But anyway, I wouldn't call it boring. Or even creepy. Just quirky.

And there's nothing wrong with being quirky. Plenty of girls will dig it out there.
