If you're not a strong man(and from the words you use and the tone of your posts,you aren't)then make yourself into one.
No acting,no forgetting your lines,no having to think HOW would a strong man be/act because you'll be one.

thas what im doing these days, im weightlifitng, and i do feel comfortable in who i am. I dont see my self as a flawed individual and no, i dont memorize lines. Im trying to work on my inner game. confidence comes when u believe in who u are and stick to who u are and defend ur territory which is when it is needed. but most of the time i consider dumb ass ppl useless anyway so it doesnt bother me. I need to have more confidence and that comes from believe in ones own abilities.

The tone i was using was just a positive one and i dont always use it
