Always the nice guy

Yeah so tonight i hung out at a party with a lot of friends that i hadnt seen since i left for school a year ago. One of these people i am very interested in, however she is the exgirlfriend of one of my best friends and he still as fealings for her. Looking out for his fealings i did not make any move on her whatsoever, even though there were acouple of chances that were instigated by her. Once it seemed aparent that i wasnt goin to persue any of her actions she shifted her attention to another member in my circle of friends who seemed to not care at all about how our friend felt. She s a very attractive girl who shares a lot in common with myself and i would love to persue somethin with her. I just can't seem to find any common ground between the nice guy and the *******. Any suggestions and advice??????

12 years ago I received a phone call. It was this girl named Jenn who I had known for quite a while, but happened to be dating one of my best of buddies at the time. Things were rough between them and it seemed like it all was coming to a close. She needed to just get out, and decided she was going to drop by my place. She came by, and man I tell you she was just dressed up all fukin smoking hot. But I resisted. True to my friend. Few other friends of mine called while she was there and eventually she and I decided to head into NYC with a few other people. Me and the girl ended up in the back seat of the car on the trip in and she suddenly decided that she needed to do her make up. I was behind the driver and she decided to jump up on my lap and used the drivers rear view mirror to do her thang.

Alright. So here I am with this little **** toy on my lap making the move and I’m thinking about my buddy. Holy **** it took all my strength not to touch the girl, but I did it. Word eventually got back to my buddy though, and he asked me if I banged his lady. I denied it, which was absolutely true, but ever since he has been suspicious of me. In all those 12 years since he never trusted me around his girlfriends. We’ve been in brawls over the jealousy he’s had not more than 2 years ago. That kind of **** never goes away man. It is truly a decision between the girl and your buddy. In my experience, if you've got any kind of a cool past with your friend, my advice would be to hell with the girl.

So i finally clear this whole situation with my buddy, he tells me that if theres anyone he would want this girl with other than him it would be me because i would treat her the best. So i finally get up the guts to make a move on this girl and its as if i lost my chance, she thinks im not interested at all and the other guy have taken my place, now i have to try and figure out a way to win her back.
