When you drink it seriously dehydrates you so you should drink lots of water.

I'm a professional bodybuilder and I drink, but in moderation; maybe once or twice a month if even that.

Duff..I think you didnt fully understand me! Drinking water is NOT bad. Drink as much of it as u want!
