What I meant is I used to always try to do as much weight as I could even if that meant I only could only get two or three reps. I would also try to lift for like 2 hours a day 5 days a week. Both of those will do nothing but overwork your muscles and they wont grow.

Ive gained like 5 pounds or so since I started but im not sure how much of it is fat or muscle cause I started eating like a plow. Im starting to get in the higher weights now so I should start seeing more progress.

I forget to put the extra fives on the end of the bar when I was benching so i accidentally did 115 instead of 125. I do 125 my next bench day.

Gonna start adding pull ups to my workout because when football gets done in a couple weeks im gonna start working out with my recruiter for the Marines. I can do 12 when I do palms facing in but i could only do like 5 or 6 wide grip and palms facing out. My upper body is probably my weakest spot. I also started using a mixed grip on deads instead of regular.

I've come down with a pretty bad cold these last couple of days so I'm gonna get some rest instead of working out. Hopefully will get back in it on Friday.

Didnt go yesterday because I was still feeling a little groggy from my cold. Feeling better today tho and will get back going on monday.

Felt good to get back in there after being sick last week. Squats were a b*tch because i went right after school and my legs were still sore from my swimming class where we did a lot of kicking exercises.

Took two weeks off to help my body get used to the workouts I do with my recruiter for the Marines. Maxed out last night and i got 185x2 on bench and 225x8 on squat. Felt good knowing my weights have been going up. Im gonna start up again tommorow except im gonna do 3x5 on squat as the program recommends. Ill still do 5x5 on everything else and ill lower the weights and work back up.
 

Never try to read a woman's mind. It is a scary place. Ignore her confusing signals and mixed messages. Assume she is interested in you and act accordingly.
