Age plays a role with insecure girls (h/s)

Hey I'm a senior this year at my h/s and the funny thing that I see with girls these days is that, they think if they date older guys they are better seen with the crowd which is b/s! I couldn't believe my eyes!
For example, my friends younger brother a freshmen this year is a natural don juan but then the girl he was pursuing turned on him and now she likes this junior who is a friggen AFC. And I don't get how she didn't give him her number at first, cussed him out and now she likes him because she found out that he was a junior???? Anyone expierence this problem??

girls want to date older guys. they think it will up there status and make them more popular or the envy of other girls. Its just the way it is. Im not saying he cant get girls your age, but it will be more difficult if he has older guys competing as well.

I would be suprised if this girl changed her opinion of the older guy so quickly just because he is a junior, unless she is extremely shallow.. but i guess most highschool girls are.

Girls will date older guys for more than one reason

Social Status: Would you rather date a 8 thats your age or and 8 thats older? youd pick the older one, dont say you wouldnt. They drive...Some girls will go out with a guy just because he drives a nice car. Popularity, a girl gets seen with an older guy; more people will know her. Girls and Guys are both insecure at high school, dont say you arent be straight about it. I dont see you guys going after 2's and 3's so get over it. Almost everyguy has this problem one time or another, and they all fix it the same way...They go out with younger girls, and so the cycle continues

that is a very derogatory comment and also very ignorant. my 2 best friends are gay and you shouldnt say that in this forum. you shouldnt use it as an insult it ESPECIALLY around girls because it shows the quality of your character which is obviously very low. girls care about that kind of stuff, trust me. and having 2 gay best friends means we hang out with the HOTTEST girls in the entire school.

ok there gay so why would they give a **** if they hungout with the "hottest girls" in your school? they must be pretty shallow to only hang out with the "babes"also everybody (Girl OR Guy) in my school would say to response to a statement like "oh i got grounded" "ohh thats gay" IS being grounded physically homosexual? no, its becoming a saying like "ohh that sucks" does being grounded physically suck something? no.So it in no way does it reflect my character as much as saying something sucks. Its just because it is a "controversial" subject. yea and back in the 50's mothers would wash there sons mouth out with soap if they said something sucked; but they came to deal with it

Yes some girls are interested in the older fellows but it means nothing.

Girls want a guy that isnt like every other masturbating HS dork.

Ofcourse woman want different things but i guarentee you that if you go after a older girl you can get her without much trob.



if you can pull sophmore chicks you can pull junior chicks there isnt much difference except for the silly "superiority" that some fools put in there head.

i personally went for older woman for the majority of the time but i am cooler and more mature than most people my age.

stop worrying about 1 damn girl and their stupid thoughts.

it is so easy to get woman in HS let alone get laid. the biggest prob. that HS boys have is they spend too much time working-over ONE girl and maybe...maybe two girls.

Also, too many guys start trying to analyze what girls are thinking (and thats the last thing that they should be doing) or they try to act like the cool stud (which make them look like an immature loser) by doing numberous amounts of stupid things (take a look around the HS forum for some quality examples).

so instead of b!tching about how girls like older guys go out and approach a girl a year older than you and make a friend, get a number, or get her to take you out partying

so do you hang out with ugly girls? because the way i see it, gay or straight, hot is hot. so everyone cares who they hang out with and whether or not they're ugly. and still, people at my school dont say gay as a derogatory word where i live in california. I guess it must be different over there in Ohio. And do you know who Barry Winchell was? You should take some time out of your oh-so-busy day of sitting on the internet and type it into google. Actually Zero0ne, today was the last time i saw a homosexual get pissed about someone saying gay JUST like Core did. Someone in class today said this book was gay and i could just tell it pissed my friend off. So i asked him, and he confirmed my assumptions. And since they dont want to confront the person, because then they will know he is gay, it is even worse. Because it is offensive and they dont even know it!

Back on topic - I agree 110% on the whole "girls will date older guys for almost any reason" thing. I'm a sophmore and almost every girl who is not single in by grade has a b/f who is at least a junior...The guys in my grade who have g/f's have g/f's who are freshmen....

Sure did! My ex g/f broke up with me to go out with some senior guy, and she was was just a freshman..Girls can be very shallow.

thats like exactly what happened to me, my ex (freshmen) broke up with me to go out with a senior because he drives an eclipse. But thats just how people are

It's a phenomena, and I made a promise to not perpetuate the cycle, but I did anyways. I'm a senior and the cycle hasn't stopped. Other senior chicks are dating college guys now. Guys in my grade are dating sophomores and juniors.

Its F'd, but just remember that it IS NOT YOUR fault. Don't take it personally, man. Most girls are stupid wenches that will choose wealth, luxery, and status over true happiness (b/c they don't give it a chance).
