Hi all,
I am from the UK and I was introduced to a 16 yr old girl who will be 17 in two months. She lives 2 miles away. I am 21 going on 22. I normally don't go out with women this young but I really like this chick. She is mature for her age. Is it wrong for me to date her and should I go with someone my age? I mean in England 16 is completely legal since its the age of consent.

but seriously i believe age is just a number, a guildline.. i can easily pass for 18ish 19 when im 16.. i looked the same when i was 15..
i actually turned 16 in march...
yet i still act older.

its all about preferences.. if you like her and shes mature enough for you then go for it..

Just curious as to where you're going to go with this girl? She can't go to pubs or bars (unless shse has a fake ID) here in the states. I suppose you could just do meals, movies, and shopping. I guess there's more of a liberation of the night life here because of our drinking age that you dont' get in the UK becaue your drinking age is often lower.

FYI: 16 is the age of concent in most states across the US. Just don't let their shot gun weilding father find out:nervous:
