Age Difference

Before I begin, I should tell you guys that I'm 18, in my fifth year of high school.

Last friday my school had a dance. Normally I don't bother with dances at my school because they're never that good, but I'm on the executive SAC this year so I had to go. Anyway, I could tell that two of the girls I was dancing with were really into me (they were both really flirty, I grinded pretty intensely with both of them, had a slow dance with one, during which she was holding me really tight and resting her head on my shoulder), so I got contact info from both of them.

Now, at the time I honestly thought that both of these girls were at least in grade 11. However, I found out recently that they are both in grade 10 (so they're probably both 15). To add to the situation, I'm pretty sure they both think I'm 17, since all I told them was that I'm a grade 12 (since grade 13/OAC technically doesn't exist anymore, and I've gotten tired of telling people that I'm in my fifth year, since they always want me to explain why). Needless to say I'm kinda put off by a three year age difference (my limit up to this point has always been two years), but they both seem pretty cool so a part of me wants to give them both a chance to show if they're mature enough.

So... yeah, I'd just like to hear some opinions on my situation, or if someone has had an experience like this before, I'd like to hear how they handled it. I won't be able to respond to your feedback until Friday, btw.

My advice is watch your ass so you don't wake up to steel bars every morning. It happend to my 18 yr old neighbor. You can't trust any of 'em man. Don't give them your real name ha

just as long as you aren't taking their virginity there shouldn't be a problem, and make sure the break up goes smooth.

Yeah, do NOT have sex with them. That would be bad.

I can tell that you live in Canada somewhere (probably Ontario) just by the terminology that you're using (OAC and such). If you aren't aware, Ontario just recently changed the age of consent to 16 (used to be 14. Gross, I know), so... just be careful.

Thanks for the feedback so far. I do live in Ontario, and I do know that the age of consent is 16 here, so don't worry about that :). I was more concerned with the "social" effects of gaming girls three years younger than me. It's not that I myself would necessarily feel uncomfortable with the age difference (I care a lot more about maturity than I do about age, although I'd certainly NEVER go for a really mature 13 year old... lol), but I think that other people's reactions to it might make things complicated/difficult/awkward/etc. Do you guys think this would be true?

Definately. Whether it's in your intentions or not, it will be frowned upon.

Stick to gaming girls with value

Same scenario - school prez. I don't think you're in much of a problem, plus there are always tons of chicks of legal age mind you, and these two are likely just a hair off it. Edit socially, I don't know how much trouble you would get into - like if they were hot. I know a few senior guys who gamed freshmen, they didn't get negative effects.

Our age law also allows, I think, for up to two years of legal consent so a 16 year old may engage in sexual activities, consenual, with a 14 year old. Also I do believe they are ammending it to be four years in total so a freshman and senior could.

Mr. Rogers and I were describing the Ontario, Canada, laws. For the U.S. it's different and you'd probably have to check state laws because I think it varies state-to-state.

Okie dokie.

Once you turn 16, you're fair game to anyone of any age. It's as simple as that. Before you turn 16, you can only engage in sexual activities with others that are younger than 16. I'm pretty sure that's how it works here, now. It was 14 before.:nono:
