hypnosis is a brilliant tool, its somthing that can open up a whole new world for you, and that world is what ever you would want it to be...
you want confidence, learn how hypnosis works...
its a subject ive studied ruthlessly for over a year now, and it truly has changed my life for the better....
buy a book, brows the web and learn how , yours, mine and every women you want to talk to, how there mind is programmed with simple words... its a very interesting subject.

They can be very useful and you'll see immediate benefits, but the problem is as soon as your attention turns to something else, their affect disappears so they're not a good long term solution in my experience.

You know I was doing NLP all month every night.
I don't have major confidence issues or anything but I use NLP to clean up any little problems I have developing.
Anyway, you know what, all of that effort, and I still had a little nervous tick inside of me. Nothing you'd notice probably, but definitely there.
Then (see other thread) I finally got frisky with this HB9 I was after, and since then I've moved mountains with my confidence.
I just walk around with this completely internalized "I could really care less" attitude toward almost everything and a grin on my face.
Hypnosis? NLP? Useful, but no substitute for the real thing.
I don't have major confidence issues or anything but I use NLP to clean up any little problems I have developing.

Tony Robbins talks about our brains as being this internal microcomputer and how we've been programmed over the years by our limiting beliefs passed on through our parents, peers, society etc. And basically if we want results we need to deprogram and reprogram our brains.
For instance, I have a limiting belief that all caucasion chicks are nazi's and wouln't date a brown haired/brown eye'd guy with a spanish backround. And unfortunately that's what I like the mosty are dirty blonde arian looking woman. Go figure.
This limits me to the extreme to approach these kind's woman. If she doesn't smile at me as I glance over, I feel she'll hate me before I even walk up. Talk about being stuck. This adds to the problem up and above everything else.
Please don't say this stuff doesn't work because that's all the tools I know of right now.
