morning guys,

I need your help!

Ive been seeing a girl now for the last two months, things started fantastic, she however just as I met her took a job abroad, so in the last few weeks she's been acting really distant, left me wondered what the F I've done, anyway she tells me after I pick her up pissed the other night that she is afraid of getting to close!

Question is what do I do now? She leaves in two days and looks like I've gone on to far!

If its anything other than a few weeks on holiday she has to go. Long distance is not a relationship. You'll be sitting there with your dlck in your hand and just an invisible friend to show for it.

You can give her what she wants, and then you'll be committed to not having sex with anyone else while she's gone. Your needs won't be met, and when she meets another guy overseas (which she will) it'll crush you. If you leave now, you leave with all the frame. Cut her loose.

Not easy of course, I know. I had a date tonight with a charming girl from New Zealand. I basically had to bang on the first date because she's leaving the country and going home in a few days. Didn't happen. I would love to see her again but I'm not holding my breath for a girl 10,000 miles away.

Yup..ldr suck. They are just a face or voice to wank to. If she is interested when she gets back, great. Just tell her you will miss her and it would be great to see her if and when she gets back. Tell her to go and have fun... and mean it. The covert message is you are relaxed about her going away ( confidence) and that you are not going to be sitting home alone until she gets back.

Thank you for the advice guys, I've just done it, told her that I don't see much point in continuing this anymore, told her to enjoy her time away and I'll do the same back home!

No right or wrong answer to this. I'm sure you had already made your decision you went or you didn't. Either doesn't matter. Just do not allow yourself to get sucked into a LDR... those NEVER work out. These things happen, life takes people in different directions, she didn't dump you, you didn't dump her... life happened.

Go date other women and try to put this behind you. You are not going to want to do this, but you HAVE TO. Do not waste any time start calling and making dates with women you know. If you do not know any women, get out there and met some. The longer you wait the harder it will be to move on.

Listen to the fine gents giving you advice. Agree with her about not getting too close, and send her packing. She doesn't want to be held accountable for banging dudes abroad, basically, while you're here drawing pink hearts with her name inside them on your calendar. Fvck that! LDR's are a waste of time. Tell her it's been fun and get some control back into your life.

cut a long story short, she left, i knocked it on the head, she came home after it not working out, we met, i spent the night at hers, we then knocked it on the head and subsiquently started seeing another bloke. Anyway she works within the same company as me and she turns up at my xmas party just gone, she proceeds to get drunk and tell me how much she still loves me and wants me back... bla bla bla. anywho i text her the next day and she says it was drunken comments and forget she ever said it. Prob is its going through my head.

If she wants to date you she'd tell you sober and be direct. Anything else is just bs. You dont want a girl that is back. And forth on things. Ignore it and keep doing what you're doing. She'll contact you again but ignore it. I've had one in my life like this for 10+ years now. She lives on the otherside of the country. Every time she comes back home she calls me (always drunk). We meet up have fun she tells me she loves me and for me to give her a reason to move back home. When I call her to make plans to see each other date wise she has every excuse in the book. Now I justt ignore her when she calls but she still trys. This girl will toy with you as long as you let her. Be done. You don't need this.

thing is deep down i do want her back, as she said on the weekend we were perfect, i just said we were the wrong people at the wrong time (thats what i convincd myself)

ive never been a relationship guy but she was the first one to makje me want one.

What if what shes saying is true and i jsut **** it off.

i mean this bloke shes with aint nowt to shout about lol
