Advice on exercising (the body) for longer-lasting, less tiring sex?

Here's the story: I was a huge fat ass, and only recently slimmed down enough to start banging women. However, I find myself getting physically tired during sex, so that I can't keep thrusting very hard, very fast (or both) for very long. I also sweat like a ****ing pig, and although I'm told this can be a turn-on, it's extremely uncomfortable for me to be soaked and extremely overheated. This is especially true in the missionary position.

So, DJ fitness gurus, could you please advise me on the best exercises to do in order to improve my physical stamina, in particular related to sex? That is, the best areas to target for prolonged "thrusting power"? Thanks!

More info if needed: I was around 270lbs at my heaviest, and slimmed down to about 200lbs now, just by cutting out the burgers and running on a treadmill in the gym. Having carried all that extra weight, I am naturally a little bit bigger bodied than most guys - I will never be a "skinny" guy, even if I lost the vast majority of my remaining fat. So now what I'd like to do is harness the bulk I have remaining, get very strong and very physically fit but not too "bodybuilder" or muscly. I go to the gym about 5 days a week, but 80% of it is cardio, and the rest is working my arms/back/legs on simple weight machines.

Just stick it out in the gym. In time it will get you what you want.

Dude I know some of the worst in shape people ever who have chicks for days....and last forever...the key....practice practice practice. In time you'll condition yourself for it.

Thanks for replying, but I was looking for more specific muscle groups to target. I honestly have no idea which muscles (apart from the obvious glutes/legs) are really used when making a "thrusting" motion, i.e. during sex. It's not something that one exercises every single day of life (sadly).

Dude if your constantly have sex you will build up the 'thrusting muscles'....but muscles or lack of aren't the issue. I have SKRONY ass friend never complain about such a thing. I bet it's just conditioning dude,I bet your just super out of it cardio wise.

Unfortunately I'm not. We're apart because of college for a few months. So this is the time I have to condition myself outside of the bedroom.

Lol. Sorry not laughing at you,just the whole situation in general. Dude if your getting fatigued it's not the muscle it's your lungs and mal conditioning. Unless your waking up sore with a certain muscle or two that you can pinpoint as the 'weak point' I'd just run to build up my lungs,stair-master I've found is a good alternative as is jumping rope.

I think cardio is a great way to go, especially HIIT-style cardio where you get your heart rate up really high.

As far as muscles go, I think lower back/core/glutes and hips are great for training the "thrusting muscles". The bigger compound movements will help to build strength in those reasons and also help you to get stronger elsewhere so you can throw chics around. In my experience, girls LOVE being thrown around and sexually dominated.

I sweat a lot too when I go really hard. I guess I get tired, but I'm too horny to care and keep going.

Also do tons of kegels and work out your PC muscle. This will make sex better in so many ways!

I had considered this, but was sceptical of it actually working. Have you experienced benefits yourself? What kinds?

With Kegels, you can shoot your loads quite forcefully, this great for giving your girl facials haha.... and your orgasms will be more intense. You also get better at controlling when you ejaculate.

Dude you can do them pretty much anytime and anywhere. While you're driving, in class, on dates, at the movies, at work, etc. etc. I don't even count any more I just do them.

Just read up on them and like everything just keep doing them until you start to feel a difference, then increase the number you do or the intensity.

One of my favorite kegel exercises is to contract your PC muscle and just hold the contraction as long as you can till you fatigue.
