My first post to the H&F forum...
I find jogging to be utterly boring, plus i have bad knees. I've done rowing workouts in the past, but never felt winded enough (ie - never felt like i was actually getting a workout). I set the tension to 8 or 9 out of 10. My strokes per minute averaged 30.
Do any of you have advice for how to get an intense workout on a rowing machine. Also, could you tell me what kind of regimen to follow long-term?
Thanks!
