advice needed- grabbing my balls

ok so about a month ago i had just gotten my own place and these 2 girls came over to hangout with me and my roomate. One im pretty sure i coulda nailed but i didnt becuz we were all drunk and on other stuff so i didnt want it to seem like i got her messed up to take advantage of her so we left with a hug. A few days ago i see this girl and she seemed VERY happy to see me, like her face almost hit the floor when she realized it was me. What is the best way to get with this girl. I don't wanna call her and be like HEY BABY WANNA COME OVER TO MY PLACE cuz ive never really called her before and its been a month since we last hung out.
