Your way of thinking implies only WHAT you say is important.

B - Body Language
E - Eye Contact
T - Tone of Voice

B.E.T. matters way more than anything you say. I wouldn't recommend talking about Costco chicken wings, though.

Bringing people who r sitting there like pet rocks back into the conversation, basically the opposite of AMOGing.

Unless I'm at work, I don't worry about adding value to situations. If people are associating with you, they see your value. If they don't see your value, don't associate with them.
