Hard to quit it out of will power if you dont change the settings which pushed you there.

Do something that makes you physically tired and at the same time make you feel good so you wont look for porn gratification, lifting weights is great.

The more you get far from that, the easier it become, I believe my last wanking was few weeks ago and before that months while I spent my teens going heavy on that simply cause I didnt have anything to do and my brain was craving for satisfaction.

You see sometime you are horny and you wank to release while most of the times its porn that push you to wank to have your brain release endorphines, its like hungry people eating meat against fat people eating candies just for the taste.

Thank you all for your replies.

I am on day 3 and its going well. It does feel good to not be cranking one out multiple times a day. I have increased my time in the gym, started watching my diet and getting back into the old fitness routine.

What gets me is living in LA I go to the gym to clear my mind and I see nothing but HOT women in those tight spandex gym pants with the big boobs and tight butts and I literally want to crank one out the second I get home. Its crazy.

I have been focusing more on my work out routine, and stated more cold approaching and its good. Hopefully can start picking up more plates and using my increased sexx drive towards actual real life females rather then watching a damn video.
