The medical community is slowing beginning to agree more and more that the cause of acne has been discovered: a Pantothenic Acid deficiency. Though the concept is still a hypothesis, the treatments worked extremely well for me and dozens of others. So how do you do it?

Go to your nearest health food store, grab some 1 gram (1,000 mg) capsules of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). Take 5 grams daily, before bed with at least 12 ounces of water.

Some people see results in as little as a few days, EVERYONE I've recommended this to sees results in 2 weeks.
There is also prove that megadoses of B5 will cause permanent damage to your kidneys and the whole secretion(sp?) system. You should really consult your doctor before you try this.

If I went back in time and had the chance to do it again then I probably would tbh, it was the only thing that worked for me.
Accutane was the only thing that worked for me too. I still get dry lips but I never got hang overs before, during or after the drug. Some people just have different reactions to it I suppose.

I heard about a few lawsuits concerning side effects from accutance. I guess we should all stick with WUWD's method of acne treatment.

I cant cite you any references since my doctor told me this in person when i asked her. And 5g is too little to have any effect on acne. You need to be taking at least 10g a day to see any improvement(i checked that myself).

Next time you're gonna see your doctor ask him/her if megadoses of B5 is safe in the long run or not.

Yeah whats up with all you flaming homosexuals. So what he made a post about acne? Its a legitimate concern.

Also Soulja J or whatever I started getting real bad acne, I mean I had it for years but my **** was flaring up, so I asked my mom to go to a dermatologist. Now I think if you're below 18 (or the age when you're considered an "adult") insurance can pay for your acne medication but if you're an "adult" then you have to pay for that b1tch yourself.

Anyways, Im on kind of a lot of acne medication:

1 Doryx pill with breakfast, 1 with dinner
Duac Topical Gel or daytime
Tazorac (Topical Cream) for night-time.

This stuff is good but I wouldn't recommend it. It takes a couple months for it to work (atleast THREE!) and in this period of time your acne actually gets WORSE (because all the bad bacteria surfaces from under your skin in the form of pimples, zits, etc.). I used to just take some over the counter acne medication, some cheap stuff with benzoyl peroxide, but it stopped working for me so I therefore had to go to a dermatologist.

Anyways hope that helps.

Also, I heard Accutane was a piece of a$$. Someone told me that if you take it say when you're 15, that the acne can resurface like when you're 30! Or something like that. Just a rumor you might want to check into for anyone wanting to try Accutane.

I finally went to the dermatoligist. Hes recommend this facial cleanser to get the skin soft then this cream to dry it along with pills to clear up what you can get from food.

It has helped me tons but it has cost my parents an arm and leg. Its like 40 for the cleanser 60 for the cream 50 for the pills along whith 3 visists where all the doc did was say hello write a prescription and charge 25 bubks co-pay.
