Okay, I now have cleared my face of unsightly pimples. Now here comes the problem -- I have some pimple scars.

I must admit I love popping those things, I guess the regrets do come later.
Now they look like small craters.

Anything I can do to remove this small scars?

You'll need to get procedures done by a dermatologist.

These procedures are not covered by health insurance either.

Isn't microdermabrasion or something like that a procedure for smoothing out your skin?

I used to have a couple zits, luckily I don't scar easily so you could never tell I used to have a couple zits. I think getting a tan would help. Hmm, or maybe even a chemical skin peel.

Hi I don't really get zits anymore, thank god. However I do still have red dots on my cheeks and a little on my forehead. I use clearisil and it works on actual zits but not on these little dots. Any help on how to get rid of them?

I fake bake and all my existing acne seems to fade. I go for a short short while though, since I'm on my last cycle of Accutane.

Sounds to me like you have residual scarring. The best way to take care of this is to head to your dermatologist and ask for either a topical lotion that he can prescribe you or see what the other options you have are. If they really bother you, you might even consider laser treatment... I did that to eliminate some red marks & freckles - everything I wanted done only cost $100. Vain, sure. Happy, definitely.

By the way, the thread "pimple scars" has been merged with this one.
