Ive started hitting the gym HARD over the past few weeks (well, as hard I can given the fact I have a facet joint injury) for the benefit of my own wellbeing.

Lurking the the Internet I stumbled upon a website that quickly and easily calculates one's bodyfat percentage. Give it a try: http://http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html

It seems pretty simplistic to me, and it gave me a bodyfat percentage of 16, so I'm asking you guys whether you believe its calculations are reliable.

Not accurate at all, doesn't even ask about height, the measurements are just pointless because you don't know what your being compared to? the perfect male at this so n so age? If you lift weights every little math based observation will show that your over weight with a wrong body fat %, like for me my waist is around 30' 185 lbs 5'10, i workout 3day split, my abs are clearly visible which would be impossible for the 19% body fat the website showed. -seeing that was just funny
