Good evening gentlemen.
I have compiled a list of goals that I am going to try and accomplish over the next year. This will be a journal dedicated solely to achieving these goals and building these important habits.
I have a list of 45 goals. Accomplishing them all at once seems like an insurmountable task. Thus I will only work towards 4 goals at a time. Once I feel they have become accomplished or turned into habits I will add one.
This is going to be a long journey, but if I do this now and keep at it, in 3 years time all of these goals will be accomplished or turned into habits. When that becomes the case, I will be a much more mature, accomplished, intelligent, successful, and organized person.
Without further adieu, here is the list.
The absolute first goal is: Write a to-do list in Journal everyday
This goal is conducive to all the other goals and therefore takes priority
Easier Goals to Accomplish (***)
1. Brush/floss/rinse teeth 3 times per day minimum ***
2. Stop swearing ***
3. Wash sheets and comforter once per week ***
4. Vacuum room twice per week ***
5. Keep clothes neat and tidy in closet by putting them away when they are done ***
6. Always have a clean desk/computer/phone ***
7. Plant a tree every year ***
8. Buy and use a slim wallet ***
9. Drink a Kale Shake everyday ***
10. Grow out hair ***
11. In bed before 1 every night ***
12. Take vitamins everyday ***
13. No more plastic bags ***
14. No more water bottles (get a good sig bottle) ***
15. Reduce energy usage ***
16. Always dress in a presentable manner ***
17. Always wash face/change into clean pyjamas every night before bed ***
18. Always wash hands thoroughly after using the washroom ***
19. Set alarm every night and make it impossible to go back to sleep in the morning ***
20. Stop drinking alcohol ***
More Difficult to Accomplish
21. Meditate for 15 minutes everyday
22. Drink only water for 1 year
23. Wake up before 8 a.m. every morning
24. Learn new vocabulary and utilize it effectively in everyday parlance
25. No fap
26. Talk to 3 new people everyday
27. Channel inner boldness and confidence
28. Quit coffee for good
29. Write in Journal everyday
30. Read for 45 minutes everyday
31. Eat a healthy breakfast/lunch/dinner
32. Read 25 books each year (make a year list)
33. Acquire abs
34. Gain 25 pounds of muscle
35. Reduce youtube/internet usage to 1 hour everyday
36. Check Facebook only once a week
37. Stop complaining/nagging/annoying/criticizing
38. Text people back within 10 minutes (unless its a girl that I am fvcking/seducing)
39. Learn to sacrifice short term pleasures for long term goals
40. Learn to spend and save effectively and rationally
41. Do all school readings before the lecture
42. Ask questions and participate in lectures
43. Have effective and thorough notes
The 5 bolded goals are the goals that are taking priority right now. I want to build them into habits before I move on to the next goals. The easier goals I will most likely be able to do along side the priority goals.
