Best ab exercise that I found was the deadlift, you want good arms and and abs. Do some heavy deadlifts for one set for 80 - 120 seconds. For the chest and triceps just bench or try bent press. - Works like a charm.

Having a good six pack doing nothing but lowering body fat percentage simply isn't true.

Do you have awesome biceps hidden away under fat without training? Triceps? Quads? No, no no. The abs are nothing special, and no one is awed by tiny abs barely peeking out.

See, here's a picture of me and my awesome abs. http://walledoff.com/files/images/P7047223.preview.JPG

The only way to get "abs" is to have a very low body fat percentage. Otherwise the fat just covers your abs.

Want to know something really funny? I don't do any direct arm work exercises at all. No bicep or tricep exercises. I however do, do every manner of compound exercise for the bodypart i'm working on that day though and it just so happens my arms have almost the same amount of definition and size as a gym goer like myself who does isolated arm exercises religiously.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Supposedly for a 6pack you have to get a nice back first, and doing that takes a couple months. After that, the abs take 3 months. So can it really be worth it, 5 months of nonstop working out just to get a 6pack? Not to mention you have to keep working out every 2 days your entire life to keep them.
wtf are you talking about...

Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. If you have low bodyfat, you will get abs.

You dont need to work out your back or your abs at all to see abs.

Its all based on low bodyfat. Sure, being 120lbs at 8% bf, your gonna have abs, but you will still look like a little girl.
