The number one thing they're after is attention. They aren't trying to convince you looks matter, they don't care what you have to say. As long as you acknowledge them, they win. When you call them an idiot, moron, low life, nerd, and go on about how pathetic they are, it's exactly the response they're looking for. They're baiting you.

The easiest way to piss off a troll is to ignore them. Just completely act like they don't exist. They will disappear themselves, and won't even need to be banned.

I have PERSONALLY witnessed someone trying NLP. Having some knowledge in the PUA world, I KNEW what he was trying to do. The girl had no idea.

I was laughing cause he sounded like an idiot but he probably paid $$$ for some stupid PUA bullsh1t book and thought he was going to score.

She was a mix between weirded out and just plain laughing at him. The guy was a 5. Even perfectly executed NLP isn't going to do sh1t all for you when you are a 5.

NLP's good but it's only effective when it's done in a manner that it's congruent, i.e. it fits you and doesn't appear out of place. Soon as it does, the person gets alarm bells going.
