thats good turtle, i give you propz for going ALL the way through with that chick. 
Its good to have some level of self dignity.
Look, yo can bug all that chick all you want if you really want it that BAD but the more you bug her the more you're going to sound like a guy with nothing else going on. Sure, it can work on rare circumstances like turtle's. Nothing against you turtle but, this is one of the roots of being an AFC which most of you don't want to be and may not even know it..
So again, let me reinforce this again.. YOU want a chick BAD because she's hot and you keep trying...this means you don't have other options (other HOT chicks that you can bang). If you had other hot chick as options, you wouldn't bug that one single chick..
Anyway you look at this.... it still all boils down to not being persistent with chicks who do not give you counter offers because you HAVE options

Like I said before, most of the time it will not work. You're just trying to stop us from being pretentious aszes and wasting everybody's time. Most of the time that is way to go. And yes I was very AFC, but I still wanted to fuk.verysuave said:

I think there are two different schools of thought and to reject either is just limiting yourself.
1.) The first says that as long as you have nothing invested in a girl, pursuing her after the first or second strike is fine. Girls want the guy to take the lead in different circumstances and immediately rule out the guys who give up immediately. Why would you stop a plate spinning if there is still potential and you do not approach it from a frame of lesser value? Nexting her would simply be protecting your ego which seems to be the weaker gaming strategy.
2.) The second school of thought says that no single girl should be worth extra time and effort, especially since you are supposed to have several options open anyway. What does it matter to you if one girl doesn't reciprocate? Continually pursuing her is wasted time that could be spent gaming other girls on your list. If anything, she will wonder why her flaking had no affect on you and she will see you in a place of relatively higher value then if you pursued her again.
The game is about expanding your strategies and finding what works for you, rather than accepting/ rejecting narrow points of view.
I think either strategy can be used effectively and a lot of times it simply depends on the girl. So this means you must get better at reading girls and figuring out which is the dominant strategy to use for each girl.
