Hello, I've tried a bunch of things for ab work outs...situps, machines at the gym...but I want to know the best routine to developing a six pack...I don't have a beer belly or anything...I'm thin so I heard it's easily to get abs..Anyway sometimes when i do situps my back bothers me as I do it and i dont feel it in my abs as i should anyway what do you all think i should do for better results?
